International Business Summit & Achiever Awards brings together leadership perspectives and a 34-honouree recognition list at ibis World Trade Centre.
DUBAI, UAE — Business leadership, sustainable innovation and community service formed the focus of the International Business Summit & Achiever Awards 2026, held on 4 October at Headline, ibis Hotel, World Trade Centre, Dubai. Organised by Sabrang Film Productions, the Dubai edition brought together a programme of leadership keynotes, business showcases, networking and achiever recognitions under the theme “Connect, Collaborate, Grow.”
The event programme named His Excellency Mr. Mahboob Taraki, Acting Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Abu Dhabi, as Chief Guest, and Mr. Esam Saqer Al Suwaidi, CEO of Esam Group of Companies, as Guest of Honour. Ms. Fernanda Toussaint of Novotel and ibis World Trade Centre was listed among the distinguished guests. Kuldeep Shrivastava represented organiser Sabrang Film Productions, with RJ Faizan named as host.
The summit’s leadership line-up included CS Vijay Ojha, Group Company Secretary of Sharaf Group, Dubai; Dr. Samiullah Khan, Chief Sustainability Officer at E Daddy Holdings; CS Raghwendra Verma, Chairman of the ICSI Dubai Center; real estate professional Mr. Yadhu Mittal; and Ms. Avika Pandey, a law student at Middlesex University Dubai.
The programme covered corporate governance, legal compliance and risk management, sustainability and Net Zero strategy, UAE real estate, and the role of young people in entrepreneurship. Dr. Khan’s session centred on Quantum Sustainability and Net Zero Strategy, while Ms. Pandey’s contribution presented a Gen Z perspective on creating, connecting and contributing.
Business Showcase and Success Stories segments featured Vixson Vacations, BITO — Bihar International Trade Organization, and Baba Projects Pvt. Ltd. The ventures illustrated opportunities in travel and event management, international trade in Bihar-origin food products, and infrastructure and real estate development.
The Achiever Awards list comprised 34 honourees across business, healthcare, technology, media, hospitality, philanthropy and community service. Recognitions included Dr. Azam Badar Khan for Excellence in Knee Care & Humanitarian Service; Dr. Darshan Singh Rana for Global Green Leadership; and Dr. Balbir Singh Randhawa for Community Leadership & Humanitarian Service.
In media and entertainment, Mr. Ratnakar Kumar was included for the Global Music & Entertainment Leadership Award 2026, alongside Mr. Anand Kumar Singh for Media & Entertainment Visionary Leadership and Mr. Salil R. Sawant for Strategic Media Leadership Excellence. Mr. Hemant Singh’s recognition highlighted construction, entrepreneurship and community impact, while Ms. Amrita Singh’s category focused on women’s empowerment and community leadership.
Technology and environmental innovation were represented by Mr. Srinivas Singh for Digital Transformation & Technology Leadership, Dasharath K of WASTRAQ for Smart Waste Innovation, and Pavithra C R of M Pro9 for AI & Technology Excellence. The programme also recognised contributions in travel, hospitality, real estate advisory and lifestyle content creation.
Among the additional recognitions, Mr. Vijay S Singh was listed for UAE–India Business Leadership Excellence and Mr. Ram Lakhan, CEO of Baba Projects Pvt. Ltd., for Excellence in Infrastructure & Real Estate Development. Serenity Home Real Estate FZ LLC was named for Best Real Estate Brokerage Company – 2026, with Founder and CEO CA Kanhaiya Rathi, CFA, designated to accept the recognition on the company’s behalf.
VTR Group was the Event Partner, Vixson Vacations handled event management, and The Q — Zara Hatke was the Broadcast Partner.
